Reverie is where your venue dreams meet reality because we’ve thought of all the details for you. Each of our event spaces include thoughtful amenities and rental perks making it easy for you to entertain with ease and confidence.

Favorite Reverie Perks & Amenities

  • Ample free paved, lighted parking with handicap parking

  • Plenty of Friendly Supportive Staff: This includes your Event Coordinator, Reverie Facilities Host, Campus Support Team, and depending upon your event needs a Safety Team Member, A/V Specialist, Officiant, and Marriage Mentor - WOW that’s a big team at your access for event management and support!

  • All indoor spaces are fully climate controlled for your comfort

  • Free Wifi

  • Fully handicap accessible venue including automatic doors

  • Spacious, beautifully appointed, restrooms

  • Access to the Garden Courtyard with fountain, fire pits, bistro lights, bar, and outdoor furniture

  • Tables and Chairs

  • No required bar packages. You can supply your own beer, wine and seltzers to be served by an approved bartender. Depending upon your guest count this can save you thousands.

  • Choose your own caterer or food service. Caterer must be approved, but you don’t have to select from a list

  • Access to our online Reverie Resource Library full of helpful planning resources like vendor referrals, sample floor plans, available rental inventory list, planning checklists, and more!

The Reverie Package includes all of our event spaces and the best of everything we have to offer.

Outdoor Ceremony Option

  • Includes everything in the Reverie Package listed above.

  • Adding an outdoor ceremony is an additional $500 fee. This includes up to 175 white resin folding chairs (pictured here) and Reverie Staff to set up and teardown those chairs for you.

  • Any other additional outdoor ceremony decor like arches, linens, flowers, etc. can be rented or provided by you or your vendors. Reverie Staff does not decorate the outdoor space (setup and teardown of chairs only).

  • Sound will need to be provided by your DJ

Pricing FAQs

  • Yes, as a thank you to the Military and First Responder, we do offer a discount for their events. This discount applies if our bride/groom is Military or a First Responder.

  • Yes, we do offer special rates on weekday rentals Sunday - Wednesday with the exceptions of holidays that fall on a three-day weekend. Be sure to ask about those prices when you inquire.

  • Yes, we divide your rental rate into three payments:

    ~ 25% due at time of booking

    ~ 25% due 6 months prior to the event date

    ~ Balance due 2 months prior to the event date

  • Yes, a $1,000 refundable security deposit due 2 weeks prior to event date.

We’re SO happy that we are a part of the SouthBrook family and that we chose to get married at the Reverie. We had such a wonderful time and EVERYONE that we worked with was just amazing.

The venue is absolutely spectacular. The groom and bridal suites are beautiful! We had so much fun getting ready in them and celebrating with all of our family and friends. I will recommend the Reverie to every bride and groom-to-be looking for a venue!
